1) Step open the given link on pearson https://home.pearsonvue.com/Clients/CCE/Customer-service.aspx then click to Asia-Pacific region.

2) Step After check Asia-Pacific Region scroll down you will find “Ask A Question” click on it

3 step :- After opeing Ask a Question you will find a form fill it as per i have tell in video.

4) Step You will the a email from pearsonvue that we are workinn on it

5) Step they will create a ticket number & tell you then we are working & soon we will response you 3-5 days.

6) Step you will get a email the attach the document to the given email-id for eg. you have to get a letter for internet service provider that there was a internet break down on that day or any issue that you face on then exam time attact with give email-id.
